Un suitable medical insurance

I opted to try this medical insurance and subscribed to the plus benefits. Firstly, the call centre agent they botched up the main member and other members. Then she left out 1 member entirely! After several months of no claims, my son went to a dentist and then we found out that they only pay a portion of the consultation and it does Not cover root canal procedures. They also do not cover otc meds nor prescribed meds. We are considering canceling because if we had saved the subscriptions monies we could have been able to pay cash and avoided the hassles.
