They don't know what they are doing.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Thatohatsi blatantly **** to us when we had concerns about chronic medication. I have been struggling to get my chronic medication since I joined two months ago. I followed all their instructions, the first instructions they gave me was incorrect. I have emailed them on numerous occasions and my emails are just being ignored or not read, because I either get no response or a generic response with the same incorrect instructions they gave me the first time. I have received three letters from them now, stating that I do have authorisation for my chronic medication, but there is still an error message when I try to collect it at Dis-Chem. I don't know what is going on there, but it's not good.
