The WORST medical excuse for a "insurance" you will ever find, stay away.

Do NOT get this medical aid... This has been the worst I have ever had and will possibly cost my child her hand function due to Kaelo not wanting to cover operation as they state its "pre-planned"... And trust me as soon as they find any reason not to cover thats where it stays... Not even one of them would lift a finger to even try and help, I mean why would they care as its not their children.
