The online claim process is not easy at all

The online claim process is not easy at all. Just the OTP to start takes far far to long last Sunday I estimate it took about 10 minutes to come through. The completion on the claim is too complicated and seems repetitive. To send a doctors statement + a discovery claims history should not be made so complicated
