The experience was average, there are few improvements needed. eg. I had to contact Kaelo as they agents do not read the emails correctly. The biggest issue is that one doesn't get a reference number when using the online form to submit a claim - making it difficult to send an email for a follow up. Their WhatsApp system is completely useless, I couldn't get hold of someone on there.
