Terrible Service received from Kaelo Gap Cover

Do not think of joining kaelo as a reliable gap cover... you have to wait for months with no feedback from anyone. They quick to take the contribution, but service is something they are not fami**** with. Ive been with them for years but have only had to use them for one major operation. I have every intension of changing my gap cover having seen the absolute useless service they offer.
