Terrible product and useless service

It took 6 months and endless calls and emails to get a claim settled. The claim was "lost" many times and even when finally found, many promises to respond the next day, or within a week, were broken. I had recordings of telephone calls documenting this and it it still did not help. They seem to try to find every possible reason to reject a claim to see if they can't just wear you down with endless delays. Don't take this cover. It is useless
