Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They had my claim since September and nobody bothered following up with me. I had to constantly call them and they kept on requesting the same documents over and over. To date I am still waiting for my payment. I probably will have to call them yet again. I will not recomend Kaelo Gap to anyone
