Terrible cover

Terrible cover If there was a - button, I would have given it a minus. Had this cover for three years, submitted a claim for casualty visit after an injury. Was informed that it was declined because medical aid did not pay anything ! Why have the cover then ? In policy document states that cover casualty visit up to R12000 (not anything about only if medical aid pays something).. You dont get any feedback from anyone, only when you phone you get some kind of answer. Will be cancelling this cover, paying for something of no use
