Terminal cancer patient suffering from total lack of service from kaelo Lexus.

Kaelo xelus operate as administrators for gap cover offered by vision. Calling them useless and unprofessional is far too kind. It has taken them in excess of 3 months to settle claims. Repeatedly requested to send through the same supporting documentation and look for any excuse not to pay. I am suffering from terminal cancer and have to deal with the stress of trying to sort out the problems caused by their total inefficiency. Never ever use this company to handle any business you are potentially looking at.
