Take their sweet time

Kaelo Gap cover is a shocking Gap cover. Please do not even think about joining. I have been waiting for my claim since October. Everything was summit and when I phone they had not received the medical aid statement which I had sent. I then forwarded the exact email to them and they then confirm they had received it. I was told I would receive my claim within 14 working days. It has now been more than a two month. I then called to enquire and they said they would escalate the claim and I would be given feed back within 3-4days it has now been more than a week. When I call there is never a senior person to talk to and get told they will escalate the claim again. No one can give me an answer and no one calls back. There service is absolutely shocking. I pay on time every month and have never claim but now that I'm trying to they take the sweet time. This is not the first time I have had this problem. Last time I just paid out of my own. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!!
