Submitting my claim was quite a sleb. After all documentation was submitted the company rejected claim and misunderstood information that was submitted. Claim was rejected second time again and close. Ask my broker to reopen claim and explain all the information that was clear on documents that was submitted repeatedly and after the manager was phone in person they only agree to pay claim. This was my first claim since I join Kaelo in 2011. Not very good service and struggle almost 2 months to get them to pay with in policy terms and conditions. Al my paper work was correct.
