After having issues with my policy and wanting to cancel my policy with Kaelo through Dischem they had an agent reach out to me and advised me otherwise and turns out they advise me wrong when i reach out and ask for the lady that called me and has since gone quiet sicne I was debited and not given the service promised and have requested my refund has not called again, after they deny that they don't know that person meaning my information along with anyone else's is not safe if someone is to call saying they are representing them and now they dont know.They have since acknowledged that the money was incorrectly debited but refuse to give me my refund . This is so fradulent and I am a single mother that is barely making it in this economy and merely just wanted to be covered with my son . Kaelo together with Dischem are a **** and *****sters and I will not stop until I get my money back

No one has reached out to me instead I received an email telling me that the money was incorrectly debit however I still won't get a refund I sent my bank statements everything still I have not received my money yet

I'd hate to create a social media frenzy with this you know? Can I get my money back, so you mean to tell me that no one is smart enough to hear and understand the documents I've sent with the emails ? So you can't retrieve the call records of the person in question that I spoke with and are able to retrieve other records that clearly prove I'm owed a refund you even said I was incorrectly debited yet still refuse to refund me ,I've been asking to be called no one is replying or getting back to me ,must I name abs shame all the idiots who have been declining my refund out of stupidity? Yhooo hayi inene.

So now all of a sudden you guys want to tell me about policies? My policy was canceled due to gross negligence and misinformation from one of your own and lack of training to your staff.Give me my money back I want it

To date I have still not received my refund no is reaching out to contact me ,Kaelo is a **** and everyone needs to know about it I've been asking Demi Jones if that is even a real name to reach out to me but they aren't doing that at all
