Stay Away from Kaelo/Dischem Healthplan

My review about Kaelo and Dis-chem Medical Plan has been extremely poor. As a pensioner I took a full policy from Dischem/Kaelo which included accident and gap as well as chronic benefits. I have encountered a significant issues with their service. Despite consistently paying my monthly contributions on time, I have experienced difficulties in receiving the necessary medical assistance for my chronic condition. Specifically, I am deeply disappointed that my claims for chronic medication and blood tests, which were conducted at a Dischem branch, have been unfairly denied by your organization. As a pensioner, I rely on your services for essential healthcare support, and these denials have left me concerned about my financial liability in the event of a medical emergency.

I would warn others to rather find alternative options as even till today, Dischem/Kaelo have not bothered contacted me to and resolve any issues I am experiencing. Rather save your money and time.
