Shocking service!!!

Just joined the Dis-Chem healthplan. - Kaelo - PrimeCure

What a HUGE mistake!!!

They take VERY long to answer calls, you can easily hold for 45min at a time. They dont return to your emails They dont return your calls when you leave a message for a Supervisor to give you a calll They turned down my 1st & only Dental claim: 1st they said its the wrong codes, then they said the Practitioner is not listed...even though I see the Dr on their own Website They will send you the same Computer generated email asking you the SAME questions over and over again:::: Policy number, email address, ID number, Contact number....etc....while all is on every body of my emails send to them

Shocking Service.....Shocking!

I left another message for a Supervisor to call me 5min ago 4/9/2023 @ 13h15.....lets see how long they will take to respond this time (Ps: the last one was a week ago....)
