SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Please don't ever use KaeloXelus I followed up past week Wednesday 16 May regarding a Gap Cover claim. I was told by Enrico that the claim was authorised and that my fiance will be paid in 48 hours. I try contacted Kaelo on Tuesday 21 May and spoke to Zandile Ref # ********** who informed me there was an internal problem but not to worry pmt will be made Tuesday night and we must allow 48 hours. Thursday 23 May I contact Kaelo using ref no only to be told by Loretta that no parent has been made. I politely asked to speak to a manager after I was told that I cannot as they are busy with interviews. I am very DISAPPOINTED. Don't ever make use of this company as it is built on lies. So here I am still waiting for my fiance's refund of R7950. DISGUSTED!!!!!!!
