I am helping you by saying this. I've been trying to submit a claim since 14 February, but to no avail. I have all the documents and submitted everything I had, just to get a response to tell they are reviewing the claim.

I have asked numerous times to speak to a consultant, but nobody ever phones, it is only an automatic email response.
