Sanlam Kaelo need to pull up your socks.
The people at Sanlam Gap Cover Kaelo does not know how to work with people. They seem to not be able to read, as if you ask for something they sent you something different. You wait days for a reply and then you have to ask for the same thing and wait days again. It has been 3 months that i have to struggle with a claim. You would think that people that work with something that is stressful for a patient will be better taken care of. It is the first time that i needed to claim. And i must say after this experience i am seeking for a gap cover with better service.
