Sanlam Gap - No feedback

I've been submitting claims for the past 3 weeks, but not receiving any feedback. Today I phoned and the guy on the other end of the line didn't seem to know what he was doing or looking for. I haven't claimed for years, and now that I need them to cover my medical expenses, I'm not getting any responses.
