15 Dec 2020, 05:45 Sanlam Kaelo everyday a new excuseI use to get good service from Sanlam Kaelo Gap cover. The turn around time normally are 7 days. I've been battling to get an outcome on my last claim since early October. The keep telling me that this document are short and that. Then If I call in again they confirm all are in order. They promise me everyday that they will give special attention to this way over due claim and feedback will be provided the very same day. As promised again for the 3rd time by Lauretta Mabela they will finalize my claim and still no feedback. This was a co payment for a CT scan as refer to their policy that they cover the scans but more than 2 months and still waiting for the payment or even an outcome. Worst service ever. My payments are on point every month. Never skipped a payment but they don't even have the decincy to call back. If any one can please provide me with a good Gap cover that want to provide a service not just take your money and don't bother to provide feedback
