Sanlam gap cover - worst gap cover ever. Claims do not get processed.

I submitted a claim over a month ago, it has not been processed despite them saying claims will be processed with. 14 working days. Every time I call in I get told it has been "escalated" but there is still no outcome on the claim. I then get told by a call center consultant that the claim has been rejected because someone in sanlam gap cover cannot read the supporting documentation submitted over a month ago but there is no email communication on this and any communication at all. This is the worst gap cover you can ever get. Do not do it.
