Sanlam GAP cover is USELESS

I am extremely disappointed in the Sanlam GAP cover! All my claims have been rejected with "Not on the list", "Outpatient consultations are not covered", and "We don't cover this specialist". How did you change the basics of what a GAP cover is for??? I took the cover to financially protect myself encase any medical events. Now I sit with tons of bills because there was a list sent (I DID NOT RECEIVE IT). All you could have done is say NOTHING is covered anymore, just make sure you don't have medical conditions or suffer from chronic pain! This is ridiculous! Best is NOT ONCE when I called to follow up on a claim did 1 person tell me they won't cover the claims I sent in?!! Please explain how you managed to completely destroy the concept of GAP cover??
