Sanlam Gap Cover

Had a claim for blood tests summitted months back and after completing numerous documents and submitted at least 5 times, no response from the parties to be no resolution to date. Despite all re-submissions all i get is a reference number which means absolutely nothing to expedite the payment. I had it with them and of their their total *********** administration.
