rude agent!

I submitted a claim with all required documents, I received an email requesting for more documentation that is not relevant to the query, I have submitted all documentation required. I called in and spoke to a rude agent whose name I didn't get who refused to check my documents stating that she can't check them which is false. we all know that one can always check previous documents. She was speaking over me and not allowing me to speak or hear what I was saying even when I'd ask that she allows me to speak. She has such a bad attitude, it was horrible. I am going to terminate my membership after this is resolved.
