Reasons for not paying any claims at all

Hi there, please be careful when choosing Kaelo Gap and associated businesses in the Kaelo group. I have been with them for more than 10 years. I started a claim in April this year that is still not completed—many excuses for not paying. This was for a co-payment to replace the lenses in my eyes. Then a Specialist visit was rejected. Now the preadmission claim is in question as they want more and more documents. They are eager to take my monthly payment but do not deliver any goods at all PLEASE, PEOPLE, RATHER LOOK AT OTHER GAP COMPANIES.
