I wish to place on record that Kaelo /Western Gap have rejected my claim on the basis that "since lodging this claim on the 4th February 2021 & their acknowledgement on the 9th February 2021 & request for substantiation claim docs, I have thereafter not communicated with them (Kaelo) until 20 January 2022", IS ABSOLUTELY INCORRECT. I have records of all the emails sent to their offices & their subsequent replies, hence their response to me in their claim rejection letter dated 28th January 2022 is nonsensical. Can you please provide me with your email address as well as an email address of Kaelo where I can send you the trail of emails since onset of this claim, so that you can see for yourself and make your own judgement, so to speak.
