Re-imbur*****t query and unfriendly agent

Agent name Thabile ref *** Agent is unfriendly and unhelpful. I was also kept on hold for a long time. Very very ununhelpful - im so dissapointed by her tone of voice making me feel like i am a nuisance and I just wanted clarity on documents that i received for re imbur*****t - i have the documents that was send to me and i couldnt understand it that is why i called.
