Poor System

I don’t understand your system, if something goes wrong with my payment I have to contact billing only via email of which they don’t even respond to those emails. Furthermore, I can’t do an eft I must wait for you guys to attempt to deduct… you guys need to fix your system now I sent thousands of email and no one responds and when I call apparently I cannot call billing I can only send an email. This is unacceptable..
