Poor pathetic server from KAELO staff

The service supp**** by Kaelo is pathetic. The staff do not give informative information when calling them and they never give feedback. Was promised by Dimakatso that she would call me with regards to a claim. She did not bother to call. This company needs to check their principals that they have on their website as they are not keeping to them. No customer values what so ever from Kaelo. Hope that senior management and executives take not of this and do something about it.
