Pathetic service

Kaelo’s service is very very bad. I have been waiting for authorisation for the past 3 hours. Imagine sitting at a GP waiting for authorisation for this long and you are told a virtual nurse will call you and you wait for 3 hours. I have been waiting for this call and still no one calls me
