Pathetic service

I submitted my claim on 3 December already. They told me it would take 7 days to pay out. I've been phoning and phoning and agents keep telling me it's been approved and awaiting authorization. Yesterday someone told me sorry it takes 7-14 days. This is ridiculous!!! I need the money to pay medical bills!! I keep asking for my request to be escalated but it seems nobody at Kaelo cares. Pathetic service
