Old Mutual will not pay claims

Old Mutual who can be understood to also be Kaelo or iWYZE simply refuse to pay doctor accounts, fow which all documentation has been supp**** on 31 March and then, per their request, again on 16 March. A "sharing of personal information consent form was completed and sent to Old Mutual/Kaelo and then a 3 way party call with them, myself and my medical aid provider was held whereby the same was offered as a verbal confirmation to share/supply personal information. I have now received an urgent and somewhat threatening letter by the doctor to advise that legal action will be taken against me in 7 days time should I not pay within that time. There is absolutelo ZERO communication from Ols Mutual/Kaelo on the matter and they do not have any idea of what I am talking about as I speak to them while I am typing this message.
