Octavia was the greatest help

Octavia was the greatest help. She was kind, she listened and helped me. Even when I called back to explain that the email that she initially sent me didn't come through to my email, I read out my email address and she politely confirmed. And then she told me what the email address is that she will be sending from. The 1st guy that assisted me when I explained what my issue was wasn't as helpful and understanding as Octavia. He can really learn alot from her(I'm sorry I can't remember his name as he didn't leave me with a good impression of himself)
