None payment for stroke, shortness of breath

My mother was chased out of hospital because Kaelo is not paying for the following conditions: Collapsed person, shortness of breath and minor stroke. they only paying for life threatening conditions. I am surprised if the matters above are not life threatening??? The is the worst terrible cover I have ever seen in the real world. I advise people to be careful of this ****.
