No TCF ,need training No Empathy .
As a new member and starting this journey with khaelo I spoke to a agent Lerato ma***ela which her manager is Thabiso Mosetfe ,She was informed and assisted but has no empathy ,rude and too blunt to work in customer , please retrain her she isn't made for this job
