No service from Kaelo, they are useless

This business is utterly useless, never go for this GAP cover, they do not pay out claims. Always have excuses and don't respond to emails at all. When you phone them they say the claim is being processed but nothing is done. When asked about their SLA they just say they have a backlog and can't give you an estimate day.
