No service at all!!!!!

Why pay for cover if you do not get any service when you need them. I have submitted a claim on 4th of January 2021, promised that it will be processed after 14 days, following up every day and keep getting promises every day of escalation to Team leader to Team Leader to Team Leader. You can not speak to any manager or Team Leader and Claims do not get processed. Very annoyed!!
