No service and excuses

The worst service or rather no service at all at Kaelo Lifestyle.

I requested to get therapy assistance via my company. I was told they only do phone call sessions. We did that for 30 minutes with a lady called Theo. She then told me the next appointment will be the following week Thursday at 10 am. I did not receive any call from anyone on the day. The Tuesday after I received a called from someone saying they have issues with their systems so they couldn’t retrieve my numbers for the sessions. What was shocking was that the lady just said that and never even asked about my well-being. Nonetheless she said they will contact me again on the Friday… I am still waiting and this was in First week of August. We are now in September.

I am still going to review this service at my workplace because clearly this company is paid for doing nothing.
