No response to email sent almost a week ago!
Hi,
Took out medical insurance for my husband. We decided to instead go with a complete medical aid cover (Discovery). I sent a cancellation request to *** on 03 Feb but to date no response. I just responded to the email again. I tried calling them and was on the line for just over 10 mins and had to drop the call, my tea break was over. All I want is for my policy to be cancelled.
