No response in 6 weeks from Kaelo/Sanlam Gap Cover

I app**** for gap cover for a procedure in March, and received an automated email stating I would receive correspondence within 7-10 business days. It is now the 7th of May. I have called and been told that it would be escalated, but two weeks have past since then. Going to look into cancelling and finding another provider.
