No Response from Kaelo regarding Sanlam Gap Cover.

No responses after auto email responses stating that a reference number will be supp**** shortly......

On the 03/12/2019 I received an email regarding my Sanlam Gap Cover. The 2020 benefits brochure states that an individual member younger than 60 pays R200.00 per month. My premium notice with the email states that my new premium is going up to R352.00 per month.

On the 04/12/2019 I wrote to *** regarding this matter. I received an auto email response stating that it has been forwarded to the relevant department and that a reference number will be supp**** shortly.

On the 10/12/2019, after receiving no feedback, I wrote to *** and *** stating that I had had no feedback from them. I again received an auto email stating that it has been forwarded to the relevant department and that a reference number will be supp**** shortly.

It is now the 07/01/2020 and I have still had no feedback. I need to know if this matter has been attended to. Two of us wrote emails with no response besides the auto responses.

Looking on this site it looks like it is standard for Sanlam Gap Cover not to respond.
