No progress/response on a submitted claim after a month!!

Waiting a month for a reply on a claim. When I phone, their "system" makes it impossible for the consultant to find the claim. Phoned more than three times...hold 14 minutes at a time..with any progress.

When I ask for a a manager to phone me, I am told they are busy with their own things?!?!?!?!

Can a manager please phone me urgently?????
