No client sevice

This business has no client service after they received your money. I submitted a claim to Kaelos Xelus on 27 May 2019. No replay on 25 June I wrote an email asking them why they have not replayed, on 1 July 2019 still no reply. They do not even state if the claim is valid or why they do not pay out.
