No clarity

I have sent an email regarding what I am covered for. I got a reply that i am not covered and a copy of the master policy document. When i asked for clarity on the cover that is R48 000 I got no repose. My doctor said I should be covered under the policy for the procedure i need. Think i will claim and there after cancel the policy. This is service at its worst
