no chronic benefits as promised

They gladly took my premiums but have refused to register me for my PMB chronic medications. I've tried about 6 times to get them to do so. Their network doctor is not doing her part either. So now they will not pay for those medications despite undertaking to do so before I even joined. Totally rotten admin from beginning to end. Cannot even get a phone call answered. Leaving after 3 months of frustration and high phone bills and hours of wasted time on emails etc.
