Most terrible service i have seen

I am very Irrate with this company. I have been using them for the past 2 yrs and not one of my claims have been paid. I have submitted claims, that meet the requirements of policy to the letter and I have contacted them, resubmit claims, no one takes ownership. I need someone from senior management to contact me to resolve all my queries and claims. This is totally unacceptable. I have paid them for 2 years for no service. If you are a new client, never use them for Gap cover.
