Most terrible gap cover on the market

It is such a struggle to put in a claim and then they request additional documents over and over again. They could also not find a claim I submitted and I had to resubmit the claim and now they want a letter stating why the claim is submitted late. They are terrible and I will not recommend them at all !! They give an option to claim for hospital shortfall as well and then do not pay a claim for hospital shortfall
