Most ridiculous service ever received

I had joined this gap cover through my employer with no waiting periods. now when I have claims then they state that I have waiting periods involved.

before I could go in for my procedures they mentioned that the copayment will be paid back to me even if my other health care claims were rejected.

now they say that they cant pay me back anything

this company is a complete waste of time and rob everyone
