Misleading Advertising

I am appalled at the service I have received from Kaelo gap cover, hoping it would settle our shortfalls, to my dismay they weren't, my husband went into hospital for a heart attack at the end of July, the Union hospital had a shortfall as well as Ampath, from the beginning we submitted documents and apparently weren't correct, so we resubmitted with documents the hospital gave, 5 months later with continuous emails the claim was declined. According to gap cover they cover your shortfalls while in hospital, apparently not. Please don't be fooled by them they do not offer that service.
