This company is a ****, i went to a Dr in January in which i did request for authorization before the consultation, every went well until i received a statement stating that i do owe the Dr. When i first raised the issue it was advised that it was the Dr who made the claim incorrectly and when asking who is liable i was told that i am liable. I am paying each and every month and this Dr is on the primecure network. Anyone looking to take cover with them, please DO NOT!!! I repeat DO NOT!!!!
